A selection of development tools available to assist the evaluation and integration of CambridgeIC's resonant inductive position sensing technology, including development boards and kits for CTUs. Variants are available that allow connection to different types of sensor - including Type 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. For a more detailed explanation of sensor types and how they can be mapped on CTU performance, please see our FAQ section in the resources page.
CAM622 ABN Bundle
The CAM622 ABN Bundle is a kit of parts to help customers test and evaluate the CAM622. It connects to a customer's choice of Type B Sensor to measure the rotation angle of an adjacent Type B Target.
CAM622 ABN Board
The CAM622 ABN Board connects to a Type B Rotary Sensor. It generates encoder-like ABN digital quadrature signals in response to movement of a Type B Rotary Target above the sensor.
Streaming Adapter
For demonstration, test and development purposes, it is convenient to communicate with CTU chips using a PC. The Streaming Adapter converts between the SPI interface of CTU chips and the USB interface of a PC.
CAM312 Development Board
CAM312 Development Board includes a CAM312 chip and the external circuitry required for operating up to two Type 4 sensors, or one Type 2 or Type 6 sensor.
CAM502 Development Board
CAM502 Development Board includes a high-speed CAM502 chip and the external circuitry required for operating a Type 2 or Type 6 sensor.
CAM204 Development Board Type 3&4
The Type 3&4 CAM204 Development Board includes a CAM204 chip and the external circuitry for up to 2 Type 4 sensors or 1 Type 3 sensor.
CAM204 Development Board Type 2
The Type 2 CAM204 Development Board includes a CAM204 chip along with the external circuitry required for a Type 2 sensor.
CAM204 Development Board Type 1
The Type 1 CAM204 Development Board includes a CAM204 chip along with the external circuitry required to operate up to four Type 1 sensors.
CAM204 Development Board Type 6
The Type 6 CAM204 Development Board includes a CAM204 chip and the external circuitry required for up to 2 Type 6 sensors.
Type 6 CAM204 Rotary Dev Kit
The Type 6 CAM204 Development Kit enables a user to quickly test and integrate the CAM204 CTU chip with two Type 6 Precision Through Hole sensors.
Axial Sensor Development Kit
The Axial Sensor Development Kit contains parts for evaluating and developing with CambridgeIC's Axial sensing technology.
CTU Adapter
For demonstration, test and development purposes, it is convenient to communicate with CTU chips using a PC. The CTU Adapter converts between the SPI interface of CTU chips and the USB interface of a PC.
Connecting Cables
A selection of cable assemblies is available for connecting between assembled sensors and development boards, and for connecting to their SPI interface connector.
